To study and evaluate with recommendations the award of contracts to contractors on behalf of the owner. |

To study the sufficient provisions in the contract documents and its enforcement before the commencement of the works. |
|
To procure the preparation of documents relating to the implementation of the project including bills and quantities. |
|
To report and obtain owner’s approval on all modifications or alternatives to its design and specifications. |
|
To conduct progress meetings and the necessary reporting to ensure the variation orders and progress payments are in order. |
|
To liaise and work closely with all the consultants and relevant authorities and ensure the application for the building are approved on time. |
