Maple Homes Sdn Bhd’s main business activities consist of: - Project Management - Project Development - Property Management Maple Homes Sdn. Bhd. could play its part in coordinating and focusing various aspect of developments which include technical requirements, authority approvals, design inputs, marketing research and much more for our client. We are in fact, the ‘one point contact’ for client on all instructions, documentations, consultancies and etc. Usually, Maple Homes Sdn. Bhd. will source for potential and suitable land banks for development intention. The Project Development team will inspect the location and analyse its feasibilities via the valuation report. Formal feasibility studies will be carried out and presented based on the conclusion derived from the proposed development project. If successful, Maple Homes would be appointed as Project Manager. Maple Homes will then appoint, coordinate and hold meetings with all relevant client/consultant teams to discuss on the proposed design, layout, concept, technical requirements and the process of liaising with local authorities’ for the necessary approvals. The Project Development team would ensure that the progress of the development is confined within the proposed schedule. Concurrently, our marketing & sales team would carry out the necessary marketing survey around the vicinity, type of property development, property listings for sale/rent and the target group of potential purchasers and thereafter to conclude on the proposed sales price. Upon the confirmation from the client, our team of sales personnel would carry-out its various promotion activities thereafter. During the sales process, our sales administration personnel would play their part in ensuring all the sales and legal documentations are timely and effectively executed. We have also a team of experienced project personnel in handling the site construction works. Finally, upon the completion of the project construction works, our next Property Management team will takeover and implement the necessary preventive maintenance activities. |
